1. Portfolio Manager, Corporate & Mortgage Loans (Kenya)
The Portfolio Manager works in credit administration. Duties include monitoring loans for signs of repayment problems, checking construction-linked mortgages and syndicated loans against KCB policy before disbursement, and moving departing employees’ staff loans onto standard commercial terms.
Who fits: Credit professionals with at least five years in portfolio or credit administration, comfortable with core banking systems (T24, CQ, TAC) and data tools like Excel, SQL, and IFRS 9 reporting.

2. Head of Products (Retail) (Kenya)

3. Head of Diaspora Banking (Kenya)
KCB is looking for someone to build out its diaspora banking business — designing digital products aimed at Kenyans and other East Africans living abroad, forming partnerships to reach those markets, and growing deposits and customer numbers in that segment. The role also carries direct compliance responsibility for anti-money laundering and KYC standards, given the cross-border nature of diaspora banking.
